The decider
This service is offering you the chance to register your order with us under a payment schedule. Your signature and full approval will be required for this service to go ahead. You will be fully notified about this set up when your decider agreement lands into your inbox. The decider is simply a contract of purchase being available for a limited period of time.
This plan is usually for goods that are being designed under the VIP label. The first payment does include your delivery charge and is usually registered as a retainer or deposit that is non refundable. You will then be issued with an invoice thereafter. That invoice will give you all the information that you need to clear your remaining payment(s) before your purchase can be delivered at your door.
Every time that you are due to make a payment under a Decider schedule, this little merchant will send out an early reminder to your inbox. This reminder will normally include photographic evidence or smaple to show an end result for your order. Your invoice will have to be paid or cleared in full within seven days or soon after you will have received your reminder. Before registering your order under a decider, you should consider not only whether you can pay the remaining instalments for that purchase, but also any other instalments for any products you have bought from us, as well as your other financial commitments.

If you do not clear your payment as requested, your order will be cancelled immediately and you will not be permitted to access the decider service again in the future. Payments already made to us will not be refunded because the service would have been booked under a personalised service and we would not be able to sell your order to someone else. Please note that the decider is an unregulated agreement; it is not supervised by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and you will not be authorised to refer any complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service as a result. You will be notified in writing when a cancellation has been put into place and as to why we would be forced to take that decision.
