A - DELIVERY - Dubocado aims to deliver all orders within 30 days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on the level of customisation required.

Available to local customers by appointment. Social‑distancing rules may apply. -
Tracked 48 with Signature
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday and typically arrive within 48 hours of dispatch. Prices start at £4.99. -
International Delivery
Orders outside the UK may incur customs fees and additional charges due to Brexit. Please contact the office before ordering for guidance. -
Free Standard Delivery (UK Only)
Spend £75+ and receive free delivery (Monday–Friday). Estimated dispatch: 5–7 working days. -
Delivery charges may change at any time. Please check details before purchasing.

B. PRE ORDER AND WAITING LIST - Dubocado will release limited collections throughout the year. You will receive written confirmation of your order and payment instructions. Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared. If your order does not arrive within 60 days, it will be cancelled and refunded. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. If your address or payment details change and you do not notify the business properly, the Dubocado office may cancel your order.

No Logo + 30‑Day Dispatch
Your item will be sent within 30 days and will not include our logo unless required by trademark rules. -
Waiting List + Free Gift + Delivery TBC
Ideal if you’re happy to wait. Includes a free gift and a checkout discount. Typical delivery: within 45 days. -
Extra Service (Pre‑Order)
Used when additional work is required (e.g., custom framing). Dispatch details will be emailed once your item is ready. -
JOY Art Card
Perfect for gifting when the main item isn’t ready yet. Your recipient receives a limited art card and frame with a printed dispatch date for the main item. If the main item is not delivered within 7 days of that date, you will be refunded, and the recipient keeps the JOY card. (subject to availability).
C. FREE GIFT OFFER - We may include free gifts as a gesture of appreciation.

They cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If you were entitled to a gift but did not receive it, contact the office and Dubocado will correct the error.
D. RETURNS & REFUNDS - Because most products are personalised or made‑to‑order, Dubocado does not accept returns. Under consumer law, refunds are not available for:

Custom‑made or personalised items

Perishable goods

Creative works made to order (art, sculpture, ceramics)

Hygiene‑sealed items once opened

Tailor‑made subscriptions or memberships
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, email a photo and your comments to the email printed on your order confirmation. Dubocado will review the issue fairly and may remake your order within 90 days alongside with a free delivery. If your order has not arrived, contact the office for assistance. Refunds are only issued where required by statutory rights.
E. VOUCHERS & CODES - You may receive access to special benefits, vouchers, or discount codes. Please follow the instructions provided—incorrect use may result in cancellation of the transaction.
F. CANCELLATIONS - Orders must be paid in full before delivery. Because items are personalised, cancellations are generally not permitted. If a cancellation is approved:

A £25 administration fee may apply in certain circumstances.
