1. Services & Ordering - Dubocado provides personalised and made‑to‑order goods. Product colours and details may vary depending on your device settings. Two seasonal collections are typically available, and all essential information is listed on each product page. Production time is required, so please allow the period that is allocated for your order.
Available services include:

Buddy Image / Illustré – Upload a selfie or provide a photograph for a hand‑painted illustration. Images cannot be returned, and creative delays may occur.

Free Guidance & Consultation – A short introductory call via video or telephone to explain how to place an order.

E‑Sample – A photographic proof of your order, sent by email for confirmation or approval.

Environmentally friendly - a catalogue of items made by upcycling items or while reusing what has been left behind.

Limited edition - a rarety in resources or materials often leads us to design and create one type of item. These goods can often be a considerate purchase.

Fix Ma Soirée (The Worthwhile) – A personalised tuition or gift‑making session provided on a seasonal basis. This service is subject to availability.

Yaldi Enchanté – This is for a limited‑batch postal correspondence service with other related goods. The service can be bought only the once or on a subscription basis. Orders must be placed before the closing date or by the seven of the month and for a delivery to be organised accordingly. Variations in goods are on offer regularly. A Golden Ticket is also included from time to time and to give a surprise to one particular customer randomly.

Pre‑Order Service – This label usually applies to our book production or it is being used for complex items requiring extended production time. A non‑refundable booking deposit normally insures priority or you can enter a particular draw to show your interest and take a place on our waiting list. Either way, you will receive a questionnaire, updates, and an e‑sample before your order is sent out to our production schedule.

The Decider – This is an easy payment facility and you decide how you can pay for the items while they are in production. Full payment needs to be cleared before a delivery. This is normally for bespoke or large‑quantity orders. Your decider is accessible by following all instructions and advice from a personalised invoice.

Waiting List – If demand is high, your order may be placed on a waiting list. You will receive a notification card and/or an email.
Orders are only accepted once correctly placed and if a payment transaction has been fully authorised by your payment provider. If you change your payment card or payment facilities, please make sure to notify Dubocado properly or your order will be cancelled with your account being closed.
2. Ownership of Rights - All illustrations, text, graphics, and photographs on the website are protected by copyright. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission. Dubocado will otherwise take action to protect its rights.
3. Tailor‑Made Orders - Orders must be submitted before the stated closing date. You are responsible for providing accurate instructions, correct spelling, and legally owned images. Image requirements are known as being:

Scanned images must be 300 DPI
Dubocado may adjust design elements (e.g., size or colour) to complete your order. Images and data will not be returned to you and will be destroyed as as soon as your order has been provided – so make sure that you have a copy for what you are entrusting us with. You grant full permission for your completed order to be displayed publicly and for promotional purposes for example.
Orders cannot be changed after submission.
Delivery is normally within 30 days, though delays may occur during busy periods or if the order involves our book production and other related collections. You will be kept updated by email. Production time is always detailed for items a the product page or as part of your order confirmation. Delivery terms can be found here.
4. Customer Obligations - You must provide truthful information and must not upload or share:
